The Third Issue’s a Charm

We are thrilled to present our third edition of BEYOND, the Heaps Estrin publication that seeks to provide topical and timely content that both informs and inspires. In the latest issue, which we hope you will agree is the best one yet, we explore the concept of frictionless living and how our homes affect our well-being. We also look at the emotional side of real estate in acclaimed writer Sarah Hampson’s piece “The Lives Our Homes Hold,” we reveal some of Toronto’s best hidden gems and examine why our city is so appealing to newcomers, among many other topics covered by a bevy of award-winning journalists and industry experts.

When we embarked on the inaugural edition of BEYOND, our goal was to elevate the conversations we have around real estate. Of course, we wanted to provide the pertinent market analysis and neighbourhood statistics you would expect from your trusted real estate advisors, but we also sought to deliver on our promise of being not only industry experts, but lifestyle ambassadors in a city we love and for a community of people whom we adore.

In addition to the lifestyle and design inspiration, there is of course lots of industry wisdom to be found among these pages. In Denise Deveaux’s “Market Watch,” we look at what has been a challenging period in the condo market and how things are now looking up. Also, in realm of money and finance, we outline the major projects currently underway in our city – in other words, how and where your tax dollars are being spent.

As with past issues, the third edition provides an inside look at the Lobby’s recent collaborations and highlights some of Toronto’s not-to-be-missed events, most beautiful homes, and celebrated residents.
