Karin joins the Heaps Estrin team with an extensive corporate background across several industries. Working at the director level and managing executive expectations with strategic initiatives has well prepared Karin for juggling competing high priorities. Karin has worked with high-value and prestigious clients in the wealth management and luxury beauty arenas. Prior to that, her experience was in CRM and segmented marketing in both financial services and telecom, with the goal of retaining and growing customer relationships. These experiences have positioned Karin as a leader in building and maintaining client relationships and providing exceptional client experiences. Turning her attention to real estate has been a long-held dream for Karin, who is proud to follow in her father's footsteps by joining the real estate industry.

With many years of experience personally both buying and selling properties across the city, Karin recognizes the value and impact of having a strong and collaborative real estate partnership when looking to purchase or sell a home. She has a keen eye for details and a strong appreciation for interior design, positioning her well to help her clients explore all possibilities in finding a home.

Karin is very actively involved in her community, including volunteering extensively at her children's schools, pro bono charity consulting and co-chairing fundraising events for a national charity. She is Co-Chair of the Parent Association at The Bishop Strachan School, sits on the Board of Directors Communication Committee for Girls E-Mentorship (GEM) Charity, and sits on the Fundraising Advisory Board for Boost Children and Youth Advocacy Charity.

A proud Toronto native, she has lived in Deer Park, Forest Hill and Don Mills and has a deep understanding of the unique and varied neighbourhoods that our vibrant city offers. When not enjoying her beloved city, she can be found at a family farm northwest of the city or skiing at Craigleith Ski Club. She currently resides in Summerhill with her family, including their adorable King Charles Cavalier, Toby.
