Hugo Castrillon is the Director of Sales at Heaps Estrin, where he works closely with the team’s sales professionals to help ensure clients receive an exceptional experience at every stage of their real estate journey. Through coaching, leadership, and performance development, Hugo supports the high standards of service, professionalism, and market expertise that define the Heaps Estrin brand.

With a diverse background spanning education, coaching, sales leadership, and real estate, Hugo brings a unique perspective to his role. His professional foundation was built in education management, including leadership positions with respected independent schools such as Upper Canada College and Bayview Glen. These experiences helped shape his passion for coaching, mentorship, and continuous learning—principles that continue to guide his leadership approach today.

Throughout his career, Hugo has worked with high-performing real estate teams responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in annual sales volume and has coached both individual agents and teams across Canada and the United States through an international real estate coaching organization. These experiences have provided him with a deep understanding of the systems, strategies, and service standards that consistently create exceptional client experiences and successful outcomes.

He works closely with agents to strengthen communication, negotiation, client service, and overall performance, helping ensure every client receives thoughtful guidance, expert advice, and a seamless experience from the initial conversation through to closing and beyond.
