Fulfilling a long-time dream of hers, Katia joins the team with over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry in Montreal and Toronto.

Katia has always enjoyed the many facets of the real estate industry and has a strong passion for interior design, allowing her to see the possibilities in every home.

Drawing from her extensive background in business strategy, sales and negotiations, Katia has a profound appreciation for deal-making and is deeply invested in addressing the individual needs of each and every client. Her thoughtful and individualized approach is one of her distinctive strengths.

Katia’s experience of living and working in various neighbourhoods in Toronto has given her a valuable and diverse perspective on the city and its communities. Having bought and sold personally many properties over the years, Katia appreciates and understands firsthand how every transaction is unique.

She lives in Mount Pleasant West with her two sons – Justin and Jack, and their lovely Shih Tzu, Milo. In her spare time, Katia enjoys staying active at the gym and on the ski hills and is always on the lookout for something new to discover in the city. She is the true definition of a Soccer Mom and actively cheers on her boys at games and tournaments.
