Stephanie Newlands is an accomplished leader in the Toronto real estate market, bringing more than 15 years of experience to the Heaps Estrin Team. Her journey into real estate began serendipitously at the age of 22, inspired by a chance encounter with a charismatic and passionate sales agent. This pivotal moment ignited her own passion for the industry, leading her to kickstart a successful career in pre-construction sales.

Stephanie quickly distinguished herself with her exceptional negotiation skills, natural ability to multi-task, and keen interpersonal skills. Her career highlights include serving as a Broker-Owner for over a decade, during which time she expanded her expertise beyond traditional transactions. As the Broker of Record for 12 years and a Senior Partner at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS), she consistently ranked within the top 1-6% of the BHHS international network of over 55,000 agents.

In 2013, Stephanie co-founded Blue Elephant Realty, growing it from a branch office to an independent brokerage. As an owner and Broker of Record, she led a team of more than 150 agents, implemented cutting-edge technologies and services, and managed the deal processing department and staff. Her leadership was pivotal when she and her partners introduced the prestigious BHHS brand to Canada in 2020, expanding their presence with four branch offices across the Greater Toronto Area. Stephanie also played a critical role in enhancing Toronto’s global market exposure through the International Referral Network.

Joining the Heaps Estrin Team marks an exciting new chapter for Stephanie. Her vision is to establish a strong presence in Toronto’s west end, with a focus on neighbourhoods including High Park North, Swansea, Junction, Kingsway, Baby Point, and Sunnylea.
