Katia has always enjoyed the many facets of the real estate industry and has a strong passion for interior design, allowing her to see the possibilities in every home.

Katia’s experience of living and working in various neighbourhoods in Toronto has given her a valuable and diverse perspective on the city and its communities. Having bought and sold personally many properties over the years, Katia appreciates and understands firsthand how every transaction is unique.

She lives in Mount Pleasant West with her two sons – Justin and Jack, and their lovely Shih Tzu, Milo. In her spare time, Katia enjoys staying active at the gym and on the ski hills and is always on the lookout for something new to discover in the city. She is the true definition of a Soccer Mom and actively cheers on her boys at games and tournaments.
