The Heaps Estrin Team is changing the face of real estate in Toronto, and in her role as Assistant Director of Strategy & Insights, Katherine Gaskin is a central figure in that process.

Katherine’s tenure with the brokerage began shortly after completing her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at Queen’s University and her Business Certificate with the Smith School of Business. In her original role at Heaps Estrin, she oversaw the coordination of listings, ensuring that the client experience was a seamless one, from start to finish. In keeping with her natural ambition and curiosity, however, the position soon evolved to encompass a much broader scope of work.

Having always possessed an appetite for numbers and their meaning, combined with an innate understanding of the real estate market and its complex nuances, Katherine soon forged a new path at Heaps Estrin that involved leveraging data-driven insights to foster growth and innovation. She is now fluent in the art of creating strategic initiatives that enhance the team’s diverse portfolio of services, streamline processes, and ensure scalability in the organization’s operations.
