A big-city girl through and through, Ivie recently made the move from Vancouver to Toronto — and hasn’t looked back. Drawn to the city's vibrant energy, diverse cultures, and endless opportunities to connect, Toronto quickly felt like the right fit.

With a background in criminology and marketing, Ivie discovered her passion for real estate while working as an administrator at the Vancouver real estate board. It was here that she realized the industry offered the perfect combination of everything she enjoys most — meaningful conversation, human connection, and a fast-paced environment that keeps her constantly learning.

Now part of the Heaps Estrin team, Ivie brings a sharp eye for detail, a thoughtful approach to client service, and a genuine love for helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. Her marketing experience also gives her a unique lens on how to help elevate the client journey in impactful, lasting ways.
