Ashley McClinton is a dynamic and accomplished senior executive with more than 20 years of global, cross-functional experience spanning the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. As Chief Operating Officer at Heaps Estrin, Ashley leverages her extensive expertise in strategy, leadership, and brand development to oversee the team’s operations, drive business growth, and ensure the seamless execution of initiatives that elevate the client experience.

Before joining Heaps Estrin, Ashley served as Senior Vice President, Global Brand Communications at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, one of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands. In this role, she oversaw all facets of global communications, from brand marketing and corporate messaging to public relations and partnerships. Over nearly 15 years with Four Seasons, Ashley held progressively senior roles across marketing, finance, and the Office of the CEO. She played a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the company’s strategic priorities, including the development of its long-term vision. Her leadership spanned critical initiatives, blending operational expertise with strategic foresight to drive growth and innovation.

Prior to her tenure at Four Seasons, Ashley was the Director of Government Relations for the Retail Council of Canada, advocating effectively for the interests of over 45,000 storefronts nationwide. Ashley began her career at the Ontario Ministry of Finance, where she advised the Minister on provincial-local financing issues, gaining invaluable experience in stakeholder relations. Her political acumen and ability to manage relationships made her a trusted leader in navigating complex issues and aligning diverse perspectives.

Ashley’s extensive background in leadership and brand strategy makes her a key force in driving Heaps Estrin’s commitment to excellence and client success.
