Alex Corey is a historic property specialist, architectural historian and real estate agent, bringing over a decade worth of experience in architecture and urban planning to the team. Alex’s extensive knowledge of Toronto’s houses and neighbourhoods provides keen insight to his clients and colleagues, and he reliably delivers well-informed recommendations when it comes to buying, selling or leasing property across the city.

Alex currently lives in Cabbagetown with his bernedoodle, Billie. In his free time, Alex is a dedicated runner and architectural photographer, and can often be found exploring Toronto’s neighbourhoods, surrounding towns and seeking out hidden gems. Alex is a graduate of the University of Toronto and holds a master’s degree from Columbia University in historic preservation.
